Acer campestre 'Elsrijk', discovered in the quarter Elsrijk in Amstelveen, the Netherlands. Selection with a beautiful
closed, wide conical, and later wide ovoid, crown. Height 8-12 m. Dark green leaf, smaller than the species. Because of its uniform growth and restricted
size, it is excellently suited for avenue and street planting, particularly in green verges.
