Selection imported from Hungary that has a columnar habitus. Tilia tomentosa 'Grey Pillar' is a very suitable street and avenue tree. Clearly narrower than the already existing cultivars. Height 15-20 m and width 6-9 m. A super healthy Linden tree. Hardly susceptible to lice, if at all. Leaf is species-specific, light yellow autumn colouring.
